Zach with Allstar responded that day, his crew had it tarped same day because of coming rain, and (when the insurance adjuster finally came the next week) they were on the roof inspecting it with them. They've also been to ones keep in contact with the insurance company to keep them informed of the extent of the damage, provided them with photos, etc. Allstar's crew are prompt, professional, and personable, keeping us up with the work schedule, additional damage discovered over the course of the job, and has been in contact with the insurance adjusts to keep them informed of new findings also. The roof looks great and couldn't be happier with the job. Also, great cleanup afterward. (Haven't found a single nail in the yard) -

What a wonderful group of people at Allstate Restoration Services in Jonesboro, Ar, David Mott stopped by our house one afternoon and we signed a contract … More with him that same day to get our roof replaced, Kayla House joined the group and we got to meet her, we just had to wait for insurance to get done with what they needed to do and Zack and Josh kept in contact with us along the way with David & Kayla stopping by to make sure things was ok with us too and in no time at all they was here to replace our roof as soon as possible. They laid tarps in our yard to help with their cleanup and the roof was replaced in just a matter of hours. So if you need a new roof give them a call, they work with you in every way they can.
